Your Home Away From Home in Piedmont, Italy
Leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and enjoy an escape in this charming Piedmont holiday home in the High Langhe (Alta Langa). Step back in time and immerse yourself in Italian life in a traditional rustic farmhouse tucked in hazelnut country which was built by hand, stone by stone, by local farmers who still work the land. The home is furnished comfortably with original rustic features.
The home is in a countryside setting but not remote. Being in the countryside, you may catch a glimpse of different birds, rabbits, deer or other wildlife.
Sit on the panoramic terrace as the sun sets in the distance with Monviso (the highest mountain in Piedmont) and hilltop villages peeking out across the valley. Read a book, relax and have an aperitivo sipping on wine from local vineyards. Enjoy cooking with fresh rosemary and sage from the garden.
And you will be spoilt for choice with eateries serving fresh local ingredients ranging from casual to Michelin star restaurants. Be sure to indulge in gastronomic experiences…after all, Piedmont is the home of the Slow Food Movement and the International Alba White Truffle Fair (from October to early December).
Discover the joy of slow travel as you linger for longer and truly absorb your surroundings, mingle with the locals and create special memories in Piedmont.

Piedmont Holiday Home: Things to See & Do Nearby
There are medieval villages, wineries and other places of interest nearby. You can even take in the mountains and the sea by going on a day trip from the Alta Langa to the coast, with the Ligurian coast within reach (1-1.5 hour car journey). There’s so much to see and do in the Piedmont region and surrounding areas that you can easily spend a week or more here with a balance of exploring and simply relaxing…experience il dolce far niente (the sweetness of doing nothing).
Piedmont and the farmhouse are also a great option for digital nomads, writers, artists, remote workers or those looking for a workation. Unlike smaller vacation apartment rentals, here you will have more space to create and work (but don’t forget to unwind too).

What Our Guests Say
We really liked your house a lot. It is comfortable, has enough space and is well treated and cosy. We stayed for two weeks with four adults. That’s convenient because the house has two bed and bathrooms. The spacious terrace with the sunbeds and barbeque is wonderfull and the view is stunning especially when the sun goes down. We followed Denise’s recommendations for trips to Alba, Asti, Barolo and Aqui Terme. Also the swimming pool in Torre Bormida was relaxing and nice; we went there with our bikes! 😄 Thanks a lot…! Kind regards, Dianne & Rob, Catherine & Hans – Netherlands
Everything was perfect. Thank you! Marianna – Italy

We had a wonderful stay! Borja, Belgium-Spain
Five out of five stars. Spacious and comfortable house, beautiful renovation. Superb terrace from where you can admire the sunset over Monviso. We know everything about the production of hazelnuts thanks to the explanations of Giorgio the neighbor who has the farm opposite. Host is very attentive and responsive. We are ready to come back. – Louis & Sylvie, France
We had a great time in your house! It is a great place with lots of space and conveniences. We also tried some of your restaurant recommendations, which we liked! The house is surrounded by green hazel trees and has a beautiful view of a green valley. House is located on a quiet through road. It is a beautiful and not so touristy part of the Piemonte. Detached house with spacious garden all around. Lots of privacy. House is beautifully decorated and very spacious inside. Fully equipped. The house has a terrace with fantastic views. There is always sun or shade on the terrace or in the garden. Jan – The Netherlands
The natural surrounding is beautiful. You can make beautiful walks.
The location of the cottage is very good. The view from the roof terrace is sublime. You live very quietly and yet close to towns. Beds are good. Kitchen is fully equipped. The house is also super clean. Very very nice. – Petra and family, Netherlands
